On May 20, 2013 , Dobrogea Seismological Observatory was held the workshop “Elaboration of a Regional Capacity Building Start-Up Curricula” carried out under as part of Group Activities 3 – ESNET. The meeting was attended by members of the project partner institutions and invited stakeholders :Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, Dobrogea County and the Red Cross Constanta Department.
